BENTO BUKURO (弁当袋) Japanese lunch bag.  Sewn cloth bag traditionally used in Japan to wrap and transport bento boxes, goods or gifts.

We love to use the mesh version of this bag as an eco-friendly alternative for buying and storing your herbs + produce  Since the bag is already sewn, simply place your produce inside the bag and tie the knot.  These Bento bags were created using DEADSTOCK* Cotton Mesh fabric sourced in LA.  Bags cut & sewn in Raleigh, North Carolina.

    *What is DEADSTOCK - fabric from a company that is either overstocked, damaged, off color standard, or just out of season.  These unwanted fabrics are often sent to landfills if left unused.  This Linen fabric came from a Deadstock warehouse in Los Angeles that had fabric damages on part of the roll.
