Domestic Priority Mail (1 lb +)

International First Class (up to 4 lbs)

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing & your location.

Delivery Time

Our primary shipping service is USPS. For all Domestic First Class (non-express) shipping, please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery. For all International First Class Shipping, please allow 7 - 21 business days for delivery.  Please note these delivery times are estimates from USPS.  If for some reason you have not received your order and it has been longer than the estimated delivery time - please contact us directly.

 

Hours of Operation

RT1home answers emails and ships orders Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. If the USPS is closed, we will also be closed.  

All communication is handled via email (hi@rt1home.com), we do not offer support via phone at this time.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another item.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
