Recipe Series created in partnership with Nutritionist: Natalie Collier

From seed: We are using our own grown Basil for this drink making it extremely fresh and organic. Basil contains lots of antioxidants, is anti-inflammatory and rich in Vitamin K. It’s also a powerful body detoxifier. Basil is a really easy herb to grow from seed indoors at home.  Watermelon is also rich in Vitamin A and C and is extremely hydrating.
