Each week we will be featuring a new recipe that highlights cooking with a specific herb and sharing it's health benefits. All of our herbs can be grown at home from seed in a container, and indoors year round. If you're not able to grow them, you can always purchase fresh herbs from your local farmer's market or grocery store. BUT, we encourage you to try growing your own herbs from SEED.
